Special Feature

The ice cream bean is an evergreen tree with a moderately dense crown. The pods are about a foot long and contain beans surrounded by a sweet, cottony pulp. The pulp has a flavor similar to vanilla ice cream sometimes with a cinnamon note, and the texture of cotton candy.
