Brazil Nuts are very nutritious, containing roughly 66% Fat or Oil, 17% Protein, and 7% Carbohydrate, an oil that is also made from the seeds. The freshly pressed oil is a pale yellow almost odorless with a pleasant nutty flavor that can be used like almond oil.
