Brazil Nuts/Bertholletia Excelsa is a dried fruit that is obtained from a wild Amazonian tree. It is a seed found inside a hard fruit with characteristics similar to that of a coconut. These nuts are eaten raw or roasted and used to make cakes, cookies, and candies.
